Investment in the latest laser cutting technology means that INDAMCE Engineering is able to cut a large range of parts with the highest levels of precision. As one of the India’s leading laser cutting companies, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and the cut and finish from laser technology is unrivalled. Our customers demand accuracy and laser technology allows us to work to tight tolerances and deliver rapid cutting speeds without sacrificing quality. We are able to deliver precision cutting that reduces the need for additional tooling and finishing as well as decrease turnaround times and minimise costs. Fiber Laser cutting offers more precise cutting profiles than traditional plasma cutting and our investment in state-of-the-art equipment allows Indmace Engineering to cut complex shapes while maintaining an extremely high tolerance on anything from small batches to large production runs. Continuous investment in technology and training allows us to offer a fast, flexible and accurate service to all our customers. We can cut from .3mm to 200mm As one of the India’s leading sub-contract CNC laser cutting companies, Indmace Engineering can process: Mild steel Stainless steel Aluminium.
INDMACE Engineering can laser cut material up to a maximum thickness of 20mm thick mild Steel and 10mm thick Stainless steel and 15mm thick aluminium. Our laser cutters can process a maximum sheet size of 3000x1500mm. We currently have 2 fiber laser machines which ensures that we can offer the highest service levels, and a fast turnaround on sheet metal laser cutting. Highly accurate profiles of cut sheet metal are assured with our machine software, which has been specifically developed to directly import your Autocad dxf files. If no dxf is available, our design engineers can work with you to create the necessary files. INDMACE Engineering is a full service fabrication and laser cutting provider, in future we are also able to offer our customers tube laser cutting and box laser cutting and can service all your fabrication needs.
In future we are also able to offer our customers tube laser cutting and box laser cutting and can service all your fabrication needs.
INDMACE Engineering provides custom precision fabrication and quality welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. We use the latest synergic pulse MIG and TIG systems and our experienced welders all have BS EN ISO 9606 certification which ensures that all fabrication is done consistently and to the highest standard. Our rigorous quality control procedures ensure that consistent strength and finish are maintained on all welds. We are constantly looking to improve our welding techniques and utilise the latest innovative technology including our revolutionary 3D Tube Laser.
INDMACE Engineering can further enhance your products through our quality metal finishing techniques. We employ a finishing machine to polish stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium to provide high quality finishes and can advise on the most appropriate finish for each product.

We also work with trusted partners to offer our customers the following finishes:
• Powder Coating
• Zinc Passivation
• Galvanising
• Wet Spraying
Powder coating
Powder coating is a method of protecting and making a decorative finish to any component or product. During the process small particles of resin and colour, are sprayed by skilled operators, onto the surface requiring coating.
The surface is then treated in an oven and the finished product is prepared and delivered to the customer.
The overall service is provided in a quality driven environment ensuring that quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction are delivered consistently.
Zinc passivation
Zinc plating is a sacrificial coating, which prevents corrosion on steel substrates. It is provides a cost effective finish with good levels of corrosion protection.
The zinc layer is further enhanced with a range of Trivalent passivates which enhance the corrosion resistance of the plated layer. These are available in a range of colours – clear, yellow, olive drab and black.
The passivate films offer protection to the zinc plating layer and prevent the formation of zinc oxide (white rust). The zinc offers sacrificial protection by corroding in preference to the steel substrate beneath it and prevents the formation of unsightly iron oxide (red rust).
Galvanising
Galvanised steel is steel that has been coated with zinc in order to prevent rusting or corrosion. The galvanizing process can be referred to as the hot dip galvanizing where the zinc forms a barrier against corrosion in that the steel underneath does not come into contact with water or moisture in the air.
The hot dipping process applies a thick layer of zinc to the steel by passing the steel through a molten bath of zinc forming a bond with the steel by forming an iron-zinc alloy. The zinc also forms a zinc oxide when it comes in contact with the air which also helps prevent corrosion.
No other coating process has this feature and as a result galvanised steel has by far the greatest resistance to mechanical damage during storage, transport and erection. Because it is formed by dipping steel in molten zinc all parts of the surface of the steel are coated.
Wet spraying
We offer a range of high quality, cost effective wet spray finishes for many products. We strive to maintain reliable turn around times without sacrificing the quality of the finish. Our proactive approach to quality control, which is in line with ISO 9001:2000 ensures the highest service for all our customers.
